20 Minutes later the voice is gone, it happened multiple times but that's it, you shouldn't be scared it would be your imagination, ghosts doesn't exist. Don't be afraid

Yup, there's obviously someone haunting you. I would suggest moving out as soon as possible. My friend thought that he was being haunted, so I laughed at him and told him he was just hearing things. 2 weeks later, he disappeared. No trace. His room is colder than ice.

2) voices could be people walking or the driver of said car. Depending on where you live, the sound could echo of objects making it hard to pinpoint where it was coming from, or making it seem as if it was coming from a different spot

I have personally don't believe in ghosts so naturally I will try to come up with an explanation without involving a controversial topic such as paranormal activity (although my opinion can differ from others). I know you said it hasn't happened again but if it does, always try to think of a rational reason that could explain events.

If you house was near or at someone's resting place or death, that could be your reason. I do know these things can happen from paranormal activity, because a friend of mine has a house that's haunted as well. You should just continue living in your home, and you should be fine.

A lot of it is psychological. For example, if you're in the mindset you're being haunted, your brain will begin to bend reality to support that hypothesis. A lot of things that I played off as ghosts as a kid now make much more sense as being something average or logical.
