Nah, I don't go to the gym .

I want to, though!

I usually make up for it, though, with regular, in-school gym, and after-school activities such as football, badminton, or swimming .

Yes,I go to the gym 2-3 times every week and I love it sooo much. However, sometimes I'm busy with other things and can't make it to the gym in time before they closeso I end up training at home which is just as effective for me.I played sports too like football and basketball.I did ice skating and ski a couple of times before here in Sweden.I used to run long distances as part of my last training program but I eventually quit.I took judo, boxing and kickboxing classes a long time ago,as well.Hmmm yeah....I think that's about it.You could say that I got a lot of experience and knowledge about different things when it comes to health and fitness.Sure,I've gotten lazy now but that doesn't mean that I can't start doing sports, combat sports or martial arts once again.I'm still young, after all

Currently, no, I do not go to the gym. However, I am going to start going soon with my dad. I do my daily work outs before and after bed though, so I guess I can't say I'm not healthy.

marianne26 : I see, what excercises?
NintendoFanKimmy : With football, you mean the real football, right? Not the american football one? If not, an arab on american football, kinda weird. No offence, though.
LunarDarkness2 : Trust me, the gym is a lot of fun!

imamonster : I've actually went to The Rush once. I don't know if they have that where you live, but it's a gym. I used to have a membership there until my family started to have financial issues. Luckily, we are recovering quite well and are planning to go back some time in the near future.

LunarDarkness2 : I live in holland, so no. We don't have that here, but we do have a gym with one of the most original names ever.

''BIG GYM''-
Yes, this is the actual name.

I gym every day. There are two local ones close by and while I have memberships at both I am now switching to just one as it is in a more comfortable style of an environment and their stuff is amazing! Typically I do a walk to and from there for my cardio and I do weight machines for upper and lower body work outs. Its a lot of fun and I find it has a positive impact on my life.

actually, no, i've never once unless it was back in school. though i do like to do simple things like pushups... or i did until i reached a record of 250 in a row before stopping for a short break. nowadays i could do around 200 pushups and...nothing, really, don't even break a sweat at all. squats, sidestep, balancing on one-leg, practicing different kinds of punches, among other simple things. all to get faster and faster and faster because i simply find it quite fun to see just how fast i can get (4-6 punches/second? pfft, pretty much effortlessly).

as for the balancing part, i do rather enjoy walking/running digitigrade stance (just try standing on one foot with that stance for a moment, it takes good balance to do it this way for very long ). yes yes, go ahead and pester me about how that's unnatural or a bad thing. i don't care tbh. especially since: 1. goodbye side effect of digitigrade stance #1, pain from somewhat weaker lower back, thatnks to all the squats i do (the kind where you drop down fast then stand up slowly using mainly/just your legs alone). 2. i can move around far easier, more quietly, and my legs are stronger overall now and i've been walking this stance for over 5 years now with no major issues from it.

and for my birthday today...goodbye pushups, hello 20 (40? it says 20 on each side) lb. dumbell and a pair of weighted gloves (1.5 lb./glove).

not a single day in a real gym, ever, and i can handle all that on my own.

Well I have no way to the gym so I really can't go but if I ever get a chance I will be going because I would like to lose some weight. I mean I feel beautiful just the way I am but still I know it would make me feel better just to be working out.

The only gym I go to is the school gym, but it's only when I have gym class. I don't go to the gym or multiple reasons. I don't live near one at all, and I have absolutely no interest in going to one. If I wanted to excersice, I can just walk outside or attempt at a dance I like. I don't like working out with weights, push ups, or all of that stuff. It is not something I want to do at all.

Well from time to time. I go to a gym in Goodyear (the plant has a pool, small football field, gym, etc as benefits for people who work at the plant). My friend is allowed to bring two guests and we just do regular routines. Bench, push ups, leg press, and everything in between. Best part is that it's free since he works at Goodyear plant.

NintendoFanKimmy : OMG she's an Arab like OMG my life is complete with happiness (you still smell like death and rainbows)

At my school they have a gym for the students to use in the early morning so I wake up early and go workout. Honestly it puts me in a great mood and I'm fine with that, it makes my day a ton better. My absolute favorite exercise is probably pull-ups and my favorite with gym equipment is deadlifting, with the proper diet it will have great progress in a matter of months.
Now I have been told cause of all the lifting I do I am stunting my growth and will stay my height and honestly I don't really care about that, but I know some people do.
