I signed up to the gym 1 week ago. So  I'm going to grow some muscles pretty soon hopefully. I'm also taking some classes, I'm pretty excited. Especially the Basketball court and cinema, it's cool. You can watch a movie while exercising. xD

I've had the opportunity to watch TV while I exercise and it's both a blessing and a curse. It's always fun to watch something, but time seems to go by SO slowly.

This is true when I run on a treadmill and watch. I'm not so sure about other exercises.

Hmm. I've been in many MMA competitions, so yeah I consider myself strong, but not just because of that. I bench press 225 and I'm a master in Ninjutsu and Kung Fu San Su.

I've found that the people are nicer (generally) and even if you're terrible at the start, it's a sport where you can see significant progress in a short amount of time (like, a few weeks).

If you stick with it on a regular schedule, no matter how terrible you are, you see significant improvement.

That's probably because it's different from most sports, where the people who get the most training are the best (like in soccer, you don't get passed the ball if you're bad, meaning you get less practice). In running it's obviously not like that.

Yes. I work out my arms almost daily. In hockey, the strongest player usually plays sniper, a position that involves being a strong shot, and the coach has recommended I play it again this year (tryouts soon). Usually the captain is the strongest player, but honestly our captain is a total jackass. People always say it should be me or Erik. Honestly, even on the offseason I will pull all-nighters lifting weights and over-abusing protein shakes and 5 hour energies.

For my weight yes, 8st9, I have a 6pack, but probably because I'm so thin, I do body weightlifting nearly everyday or as often as I can, I find it amazing, considering I've been able to do it since the age of 11, I'm 16 now, I've had my 6pack since I was 12, I did rugby for 1 year, and fitness/exercise last year.

Yes I am quite strong. I don't have big muscles but I have been told they are OK. I usually play soccer as the goalie so I have to be bigger or appear to be bigger than anyone else playing. I usually try to annoy people by mocking them or calling them names. (I know I am not supposed to do that but its funny when they screw up.) I am quite good at it but recently my hand bent backwards and I seriously strained my wrist so I am not allowed to play for a few days. At least until Friday which sucks as it is boring standing watching sometimes. At least I didn't break my wrist as it would take longer for it to heal. I do have a bit of puppy fat as they call it but not much. Certainly no six pack(Kyle below says he has one.) unless you are in the Dundee United FC Academy pupils who all come to this school.

Well... I wouldn't say that I am stronger than everybody in my school, but a good amount of people. I can bench about 140 max and I was until recently a swimmer. I swam 5 days a week and not always but usually Saturdays, which made me a very athletic person. I've always liked physical activity when in the right mood. But in the past few years my strength has been deteriorating a lot. In 9th grade (currently in 12th) I did the 2nd most pull ups in my whole school, I did I think 13 pull ups (which isn't really a lot still) and now I can do 10 but it takes about all the effort that I can muster and it's very tiring, where before I could do my max of about 13 multiple times within 1 hour.
