I can do about 40 push ups in the morning, that's to get me up and going, and I do 40 push ups in the evening just in daily exercise. so roughly 80 push ups per day.

I do 3 sets of 15 push-ups in the morning (along with other exercises) and another 3 sets of 15 push-ups at around 5:00, so around 90 push-ups a day. It makes my arm hurt a lot, though it's all worth it.

I only do something like 10, so I'm not really in shape. o:

I remembered when I did 250 pushups in my gym class, and another 100 in a different gym class. I need to work out a lot more if I am going to be healthy and good.

Hopefully I can increase the 10 to a whole 25.

There was a time where I did 30 pushups, 40 situps, 10 pullups, and a two-mile run every morning, but that was when I was training for military service, which ultimately never worked out in the end. For a while there, I had gone completely to fat and went up to about 175 pounds, then I got my current job where I work in a warehouse. The upside to that job is that I don't need a gym membership because I get plenty of exercise at work, often lifting 60-80 pounds repeatedly. I'm back down to about 145-150 pounds, which sounds kind of low but I'm naturally on the slim side, so it's the perfect weight for me.

I don't do push ups in the morning (which I should do, my arms aren't that strong) but I can do three real push ups (where your nose touches the ground and about 20-25 push ups where I don't touch the ground with my nose before I have to take a deep breath before continuing. I sport 3-4 times a week, so I get enough exercise that way

That is not counting poor push-ups, but I do not really do poor push-ups when I actually do push-ups. Per day, I would have to say my average is at about .01 or less, as I almost never exercise, and physical fitness even less. I can run for a good while, but anything that has to do with strength I cannot.
