Normally, I don't do push-ups. At all. No, really, I'm not an every day work-out guy, but if I do, I normally get maybe 20 - 25 push-ups? Something like that.

I used to do push ups all the time, but it's got to the point where I have no time for it. I miss doing it because maybe I could lose some weight but oh well. You have no time you can't do what your wanting to do with that time. I miss doing push ups and I am out of shape now so I don't really have a choice to actually do them.

Doing pushups is actually part of my workout routine (believe or not, right?). I try and do 25 when I first wake up, and 25 right before I go to bed. If I don't do them, or I forget to do them, I have to incorporate it into my actual workout. But my workout calls for them anyway, depending on what day it is. So I guess technically the number of pushups I do a day varies. I would say anywhere from 50-80.

Back when I played football in high school, that number probably was at least 100 a day.

I don't know how many I can do in a day, I know I can do 30 in 1 rep though, never really tried doing more than one work out a day though, kinda thinking about it since I want to work on my body a bit, it has a few flaws and imbalances I should work out, but eh. I'll try tomorrow and see what I can pull out, try adding 5 a day or something like that.

I do not actively do push ups, sad to say. If I tried to do push ups right now, I know I would be able to do 20. 25 or 30 is more likely, but I generally start getting tired at the 25 mark.

I do about 100 - 125 per night, at least 4 nights out of the week but only at home. If you get pain your stomach then your core is not strong enough. do ab workouts.
