Ask you ANYTHING anything or Megaman anything?

I have an employee who is in her late 20s and has a family with two kids.  We are in sales and we are successful when we work hard.  She's very social and she doesn't do all the work she could be doing.  She isn't well-directed and the few times she gets excited she does really well.  It doesn't always justify her continued employment but she's so hit or miss, it gets frustrating.

How do I rein her in and stop her from being social and refocus her efforts to work instead of fun?

When made certain ways, chicken can be pretty healthy. Obviously I'd prefer something else to eat with the chicken, but I'd choose chicken over pretty much anything else. I'd choose pasta as a second option though.
