I like this poll because it is an easy decision to make. My favorite sport, by far, is football (American). The things that these guys are able to do is mind boggling. I don't understand how the amount of injuries that occur isn't much higher than what it is. It's also amazing how fast the bigger guys/linemen are able to move/ run.    

Defiantly basketball number one, football then baseball for me.

I really like volleyball. That's always my favorite activity when I'm going to the beach. I always wanted to play volleyball professionally as a kid but that dream is gone now.

Roller Derby is definitely my favorite sport! Kinda sucks that I can't play it yet though.

I love football(soccer), i may not be good at playing it but i find soccer matches interesting.

Well, I used to absolutely despise sports, then I tried football.
MAYBE, just MAYBE, I should've tried something less painful first, but I loved it, and still do, a year later. I'm stronger, faster, more confident, etc.
But it is my favorite sport. I've involved myself in other such activities and find one major problem that I can just never seem to get around:
I can't hit the opposing team. 
It bugs me to not be in direct physical competition now, and I hate games of wit even more now that I can WIN those physical contests.
Playing has also led me to enjoy watching the sport otherwise, sometimes picking up hints from the NFL or whatever else. 
So yes, football is my favorite, as is made obvious by the above post and such.

Since multivoting is disabled I can not vote on The survey because I really love two sports for different reasons.

When I keep The score (and announce at times) baseball is The best sport. It is as easy as it looks, especially for higher levels of baseball where a player's statistics can make The difference between making The big league or not. Is it an error or a hit? Is it The pitcher's or The catcher's fault if The runner reached second base? This job requires a lot of judgement. But otherwise baseball is a boring sport.

Strictly for watching on TV, hockey is The best sport. There is always action (unlike football or soccer) and it is very quick. I also love The ambiance in The arena for The few professional games I attended. The "crowd animator" has a way of catching people's attention that can make an otherwise boring game more cheerful.
