The sale of this forum is allowable since Mega is no longer a member of this forum board. There is no way for a 'problem' to arise if Mega's not here. Mega has no say-so in what happens to the forums Mega is no longer modding as an inactive member who has expressed no intents to return.

I'd also like to state that silver has no say-so in what makes a rented forum idea as 'acceptable'. Just because he doesn't understand why teachers want a forum to their own, doesn't mean there's no reason for it. Also, David has already accepted the forum idea, and in the end, it's his opinion that counts.

Also, here is some conversation in which both Galacta and hypermonkey have stated they have no interest in modding this forum and have given permission for someone else to buy it out, including me (despite certain people's personal opinions). (In advance, sorry for the bad language in these screen shots.)

Don't want to be part of this war but too late. Yeah, I was chatting with galacta about the forum and I asked if he still wants it or not. He agreed that it's up for grabs and I told him if hyper would agree too. He also did so this thread is up for grabs. I have no interest in keeping a forum... so yeah..... awkward I was summoned without warning....

I'll still take place in an auction if David puts it up , since there's another forum idea I've ran past David in the past and want to try. Even if I don't win, I'm sure someone else has an idea they'd like to implement themselves, and someone that will keep the place lively.  

That's only half of the mods on the forum, which isn't a majority. Mega has explicitly told me she doesn't want it sold, and I'm going to side with her on this.
