In a recent Facebook Q&A session with fans, series producer Eiji Aonuma shed some light on some aspects on the upcoming A Link Between Worlds, which have been fairly mysterious. In addition to this info, Aonuma also slipped in a small comment regarding Majora's Mask, persumably to address the recent hype on a remake. Aonuma’s departing words in the Q&A were directed at those who have been enthusiastic about the prospect of a Majora’s Mask remake. This was his message:
“Oh, one more thing. I see many of you have been asking about a remake of Majora’s Mask for Nintendo 3DS. It’s nice to see such a strong response to this title and we haven’t forgotten about Link’s adventures in that world. If you play A Link Between Worlds, you may better understand what I mean by that”.

This quote could be hinting at a possible remake for Majora's Mask. But, what do you think? Do you think a Majora's Mask remake, after all this teasing, will come to be?

I loved that game, but it still had a lot of areas where it could have been better. The masks, for instance. There could have been more, and they could have had more usefulness overall. It just lacked the action and feel that Ocarina of Time provided, although I'm not entirely sure why that is. The creepiness factor was on par, though. I often wished that Zelda games were more in-tune with their older players.

You know, I am one of the people that wanted Ocarina of Time on the 3DS and not Majora's Mask. But now I kind of want this to happen. I would get this too. They both were fun, but I liked Ocarina of Time better. I hope this does happen.

I did like ocarina of time a lot and I want it for 3ds. I really think it would be cool if this did happen, I would get it, I think this game could be improved in some areas, but if it were re-done and it became popular, then I would get it. I still think ocarina f time is the best though, I am going to get it for my 3ds, I have had my 3ds for a good while but there are a lot of games that i want that i have yet to get for it, and ocarina of time is one of them .

I would be really excited if this did happen though. Hopefully they go through with it! I know they have the potential to really make it much better than the original!
