I have never seen a teacher get into a physical altercation with a student. I have had teachers who would say nasty insults without punishment, but never violence. In fact, teacher's aren't allowed to scare students by banging on the desks at my school.

Most of my teachers are really nice, so I would not let the bad ones corrupt the name of all teachers in my mind.

In my school, I have never seen that happen, but I have heard of it happening in some of the schools that are located in my neighborhood.

mohammedroxx3 : Nope, I have never seen a teacher beat up a student, but not really.. I have seen a Youtube video really beat up a student by jumping on them, punching the student, and countless torture to just one student. I really feel bad for the student and I'm glad that teacher got fired quickly.

Black Bot : I'm surprised that Youtube didn't take the video down. Is it still up?

That's one of the reason's I'm glad with the new technology that we have. It reduces privacy, yes, but it may also increase safety. At least I hope the recorder did so because (s)he didn't want to be victimized and not for fun.
