Nintendo has trademarked the name "Pokkén Fighters" under The Pokémon Company.


The name means:
Poké - Pocket (As in Pokémon)
Ken - Fist

Pocket Fist Fighters - Pokemon Fighting Game

Out of one screenshot, it will be in HD, of Wii U graphics possibly, and will be a 2.5D fighting game with fighting type Pokémon like Blaziken and Lucario.

thetruemasterofgames : First off, the game hasn't been released yet, so it automatically belongs in this forum. Second, the creator of this thread is a local moderator of this forum.

Anyways, I think this seems like a pretty cool idea. It's either going to be similar to Pokemon Stadium, Stadium 2, Coliseum, and Revolution, or it's going to be similar to Smash Bros. Either way, it seems like a really fun game and I look forward to seeing more of it.
