I tend to not really mess with screen brightness all that much, it is okay the way it is. I like mine in the middle to where it isn't blinding or where it is so dim that I can't see anything on it at all. I leave it the way it is. Same with my phone, I might only change it when it is too bright when I have a headache or something, otherwise I leave it alone and don't mess with it.
