Well, my favorite video game villain would probably be Dr. Eggman. He is silly, funny, evil... etc.  Yeah, but sometimes in some Sonic games, they make him look like a disgusting old man. He is only good when he is silly and evil!

Defiantly Dracula from the castlevania series hes the only villain I know of who cant actually be killed he can only be sealed away for 100 years long enough for the next of kin in the Belmont clan to rise up and undergo the task of putting him back in his coffin for another 100 years

I'd have to say DImentio from Super Paper mario. From his ridiculous similes to the feeling that he's doing something of a grand scale behind everyone's backs, you worry about him more than the other villains. And when the finale rolls around, has he got a trick up his sleeve for you.

"You were DESIGNED to be a moron." ha ha ha ha  Poor Wheatley, I kinda feel bad for him. GLaDOS took the corruption from the system pretty well, it suited her, but Wheatley, he was kind of a victim to it. That poor moron.
