It consists of a person's dying wishes and hopes that were never fulfilled. It's sole purpose is to posses beings with a matching desire and relive's the soul of there regrets 

I would make one called "cackevail" its pokedex entry would be: a pokemon that was popular for witches to use in folktale since its warts were good for brewing. it would look like a cat, but it would have a scaley/leathery texture and would be green with hideous warts. it would also have a cry the sounds like a high pitched witch cry, and finally, would be a dark/poison type.

TYPE : FLYING and FIGHTING

DEscriptION : This legendary Boxerfly was rumored to be a mix between the super-fighting Machop and the gorgeous Beautifly. Oak spends lots of research in this one, as it is very RARE in the Pokemon world. Only 20 to 30 exist in the whole world, and it has been the reason of many legendary searches for Trainers. It is very, very strong, yet charming.
