Ok I have downloaded all the parts to this but the file it compresses into is a 7Z file and Extract now cannot extract the file what should i do?

You should use either the latest winrar or 7zip to extract 7z files.

I recommend 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/
It's free and can extract alot of things that you normally can't.
Install one of the programs mentioned above then you will be able to extract the 7z file.
