plus, devon isn't here. it's hard to hit high post counts without a few other people in the mix. Plus with it being July people are spending more time outside... i know I have been.

Meh, I was more directing my annoyance at the VCS in general then at the members, its ok to have it maybe once every six months or even once a year, but after nearly 60 days in a row of increased spamming it gets to you

yeah.... cause this month has been worse.... except the post count has been cut in half.... but yeah.... boy it's sure spammy! OMG!

Yer well I can't tell that it is more spammy because I only came here last month. So it is all I have known.

I've stopped caring about most of the "spam" that goes around.

A lot of it just isn't worth fighting. I agree that we should strive for high post quality, but in the end this forum should be enjoyable and expecting the 12 year old member to post at a 20 year olds level is unreasonable.

Basically I just avoid the pokemon forum and I can usually keep my sanity in check

I've also thought about what DH said and I figure doing it once every six months will make those months really bad for spam, but if we keep doing this so that it's normal and a part of the board then it won't be a big deal and people will just do it for the fun of it.

Plus there is no Viz reward anymore, just custom titles.... there isn't as much incentive anymore
