In terms of power: The Metal Chocobo, the Ultima Weapon, the Fenrir, and the Oblivion.

In terms of appearance and awesomeness: The Ultima Weapon, the Spellbinder, the Oblivion, and above all the Fenrir.

However, the Decisive pumpkin is by far the best for an enemy immune to magic and/or Sephiroth. Longest reach, 6 attack.
