Yeah, I think Microsoft should have stuck to making computers. I cannot think of a single good point for any of their Xbox consoles, not just the One.

They had so much potential..and it was wasted.  It could have been a wonderful system,  the 360 I thought was great, once they got over the initial issues, but the One...its just not worth it.  Xbox One is Microsoft's Wii, its disappoints all their core fans and will push so many toward Sony..

I don't really like it either. All of my friends at school really hates this console too and they would literally attack anyone who says they like it. But I sorta agree with them. (Not about the attacking part but about not liking the Xbox one) 

I've been a fan of Nintendo since I was born (way back in the NES era) and I'm still a big fan of Nintendo products. Lately, they still release quality products and it's very rare that I have an issue with anything. (Though, recently, it's mostly me being angry that I don't have an endless supply of money flowing out of my ears.) When Sony released the first PlayStation, I was hesitant. I had heard about the problems Sega had been having and didn't want to put my money towards something I wasn't sure about. The same thing happened when the XBox came out, but another part is that there aren't a lot of games for XBox that really appeal to me. At least, they aren't exclusive to XBox.

Now, I've given both XBox and PlayStation a try on all of their products except for their newest consoles (which I can't afford right now) and I'm still a big fan of Nintendo. Personally, I see the PlayStation Four with a lot of potential to give me a gaming experience I will enjoy....but not yet. The games that are coming out aren't my cup of tea, but as with the PlayStation, I'll give it time before I truly decide to buy it or choose not to. However, after hearing nothing about Fable (the reason I played XBox and purchased an XBox 360) being released on the XBox one and, instead, having another game presented, I have no real reason to buy an XBox One. So I can honestly say the likelihood of me buying an XBox One are slim to none, while the Wii U is a for sure purchase and the PlayStation Four is a probably someday.

In short:

Wii U? Absolutely!
PlayStation Four? Probably yes!
XBox One? Most likely no.

TreasurePlanet23 : So the xBox one is already out and people are already buying it. I was at Walmart earlier and I played it and it wasn't that bad at all. It was a little confusing at first but I got to play a game.. :3

I'd rate it a 7.5/10, not bad.

Oh and this thread was over 6 months ago.. You really can't say it's bad when you never tried it, you just read information. Right around this time you should make a thread though.

I plan not to get this because it's nearly a copy of the xBox 360 but a few upgrades.

Wii U - Have it

Playstation 4 - possibly

XBox one - Probably not.

Well this is a silly article/post in hindsight... Then again, you can't be 100% sure if a company will 180 any decision they make... Then again again, you're dumb for hating something you haven't even tried...

I do comprehend that the system of video gaming of the Xbox One is not too great, but is it really worth speaking negatively about it? I mean, it is not simple to create such a complex piece of technology and include a motherload of features. Come on, give them some credit for the diligent work, effort, and amount of time Microsoft had dedicated or devoted into this system of video gaming of complexity of the Xbox One.

Nobody understands. You just won't spend $100 more. PlayStation Plus is free because it SUCKS. Xbox Live isn't free because it's actually good. The comparison of the two consoles is fake. Do you know why? Because you never included the better of Xbox One. Remember, the Xbox One has Kinect 2.0, improved controllers, oh, and I'm sorry, but I forgot one thing. Better Xbox Live and Parties.

Its not that Microsoft is a bad company its just the blew it with the xbox one in many ways like the price 500 hundred dollars are you kidding me and that name xbox one it was going to be called xbox 720 like come on Microsoft.

Seems like the xbox one is trying to be more of media centre then just a console so if you just want it for playing games you're better owning a PS4.

I really liked the Xbox 360. It had good games, and could do some other neat things, but now with the Xbox One they just swapped what it centered around. When Microsoft told us about it they called it a media center that also plays games, so due to the fact they are trying not to make the Xbox One not centered around games is probably why it sucks so much. Besides who would pay 500 dollars for a cable box that plays video games, because I sure wouldn't. Microsoft is trying to stuff so much stuff into a single console they don't even care if the stuff is good they just want more of it in there.

I hate EA games.

I do think it is stupid that you have to be connected to the internet to do anything. However, I still plan on getting one. I asked my Dad and Step-Mom to get me one for my 21st birthday since my Mom has already promised me the cliche booze. XD
