Just go to layout shop, click "my layouts" (or better yet just simply type the url to access the "my layout" page directly by typing "/smd/mylayouts.php" after "www.vizzed.com") after that, click "edit" under the layout name. Once it shows you the layout code, you may add your signature in the signature box before the two </div>'s.

EDIT: Ah yes, the payment, I haven't really edited the picture a lot aside from resizing it and changing a bit of it's lighting and brightness, so I'll lower it down to 600 Viz. xD
