If you still remember it why don't you just go buy the game then you can play it and see if it is all you hoped for. Pokemon heart gold and soul silver look like two good new pokemon games that will hopefully be coming out in the next year or so while you wait for that to come out play a different pokemon game to pass the time.

I remember when Pokemon first came out in Australia, I was one of the first to get it because no one knew what it was yet except for me from reading gaming magazines and such.
We didn't really have proper release dates (I think this may have been before EB opened in Australia) so it was fortunate I saw it.
It was bought and many hours were spent playing it

Why do I need to buy the games if I have them already?

I really am waiting for Heart Gold and Soul Silver, but I don't intend to play other pokemon games while waiting. They might spoil the two upcoming games in my mind.

Haha I remeber when my brother got Pokemon Yellow.
One of his pokemon was poisened so (as you shoud all know) the screen started flashing. But back then we didn't know what it meant so we took it back to the game shop and they replaced it because they didn't know either.
We still laugh about that to this day haha.
