So yea, what you do is simple - you use a PSI attack on the person who posts next, and the next user responds by taking the hit, dodging it, or deflecting it.
You can choose from any PSI attack, but it has to be offensive. (You can use PSI Magnet, though.)
So, starting this off, I use PSI Ground on the person below me!
