We're looking to hire 1 person to help Mod the Get-Your-Rom.com forum and maybe even the Homebrew & Rom Hacking forum.

There are some strict requirements for this position:
1. You should know how to and have successfully modded at least 1 gaming device before
2. You should have a great understanding on how to get Playstation and Dreamcast emulators & iso's to work and also be able to help others get theirs to work. Additionally, should be able to help people burn Dreamcast games to get them to work on their own Dreamcast
3. Be able to log on to the board at least once a day and be able to respond to questions users have in the Get-Your-Rom forum within 24 hours. Would also expect you to get at least 50 posts a month throughout vizzed board.
4. Should have a good knowledge of many game systems and video games
5. Be able to help users out with any rom or emulator question they have

Not required, but a bonus if you know stuff about rom hacking to help people out in the rom hacking forum also.

For each of the above 5 requirements, I'd like you to specifically say why you qualify for each requirement.

I feel Im capable of helping out here.

1. I have modded my PSX and PSP (custom firmware), helped many friends mod their PSP.
2. I Have been playing PSX games on my computer for well over 5 years now, dreamcast only for 1 year, have helped many people get their emulators running and occasionally run burnt games on my dreamcast so I feel as if I can help others get them running on their dreamcast.
3. I am on the board before and after work for at least 3-4 hours a day, my profile tells me I post an average of 2 posts a day which is more than 50 a month.
4. Well games have been a big part of my life, I've owned just about every console since I was very little and I am frequently updating myself with news regarding video games.
5. I've never had an emulator I couldnt get working, everything I know ive taught myself and have never asked anyone for help so I feel I can help others quite easily.

Ive briefly read up on rom cooking and looked into custom kitchen setups, have never tried it myself though so im not much help in the rom hacking department.
