I'm assuming you are using nullDC at the default settings?
First check the nullDC setup guide at https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/thread.php?id=4630 in case you missed a step. Try using a different graphics plugin from the video options. My research into this says that Atari Anniversary Edition might not work with any emulator at all unfortunatly...
