That's a tough one because there are so many great game. A few that I'm inclined to choose, like Resident Evil 4 and Metroid Prime, received superior versions on later systems, so that keeps me from saying so. As far as a game that I can't get a better version of elsewhere, for now I'm going to say Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. It's one of the few turn-based RPGs to actually hold my interest all the way through; it's just so much fun, even if I hate kind of hate The Big Tree. It's also hilarious, which anyone who's played through it can attest to.

Second to that would of course be Legend of Zelda: Windwaker.
