I have to say that there are a few things that really grind my gears, especially at the current period in time:

~ I can't stand the lack of regular internet. Having to go out to a store for five minutes (when I can swing it) just to log into my Steam drives me batty.

~ The fact that there are always stupid people around. It seems like there is no end to the stupidity.

~ My husband refusing to learn that you cannot change stupidity and that you'll just kill yourself trying.

Ktanaqui :    I feel the same way. Stupid people or plain stupidity in itself grinds my gears. Obnoxious and annoying people could be in this category too. Also when I read a book and I just can't get into it, but read it through anyway grinds my gears because somehow it feels as if it was a waste of my time reading it.

What grinds my gears? Well, the fact that Rare left Nintendo to go make games for Microsoft grinds my gears a lot. I mean, Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts isn't all that bad of a game, in fact it's actually pretty good, but then they started to make "Kinect Sports" and stupid stuff like that. Grr!
