I'm interested to know, did anyone here get a chance to pre-order the Wii U? I tried to, but I was a few days late, and now I can't find any anywhere. If you did, which did you get, the black or white? I was hoping for the black one, maybe I can grab one on launch day!

I pre-ordered mine two days after it was available to pre-order. I wanted to get the black one, but they said they were out. Already out in just 2 days!? That's insane. So I had to get the white one. Oh well, at least I'm getting a Wii U lol. But yeah, there is already a waiting list for the Wii U. If you want to get the Wii U badly. The only option I can give you (other than going to every GameStop store hoping that they have it) is to get it on Amazon.com

I didn't bother pre-ordering it because I don't have the extra cash to burn on something that isn't immediately useful to me. I'll get one no doubt... but I'm waiting for the right games to come out... basically the "must have" titles.

Color is irrelevant, its all about what's superior and if that superiority is worth the extra amount of money it costs. Hopefully ColorWare will support re-skinning of Wii-U (I'm a bit alarmed that the removed Wii and PS3 systems from their options recently) so I can make my console blue like every other one.
