Yellow is different, because more starters are available so I will start with that.

Yellow: Blastoice, Charizard, Venisaur, Dragonite, Articuno, Pikachu (or Zaptos if I was fed up with Pikachu)

Blue : Blastoice (or Charizard), Dugtrio, Articuno, Dragonite, Snorlax, Gyrados

I never owned Red.
