Why is it that whenever I try to boot it up, my AVG resident shield comes up saying that the shPsoBB.exe is a trojan? Phantasy Star won't run because of that, so, am I doing anything wrong?

Just in case anyone feels like asking, I'm running 64-bit Vista, and I have a feeling that might be a slight problem, but Vista hasn't given me that many problems, so I'm not sure.

I've never used AVG, but when I had PSOBB, it ran fine. avast! found no viruses.

Find that exe and upload it here:
http://virusscan.jotti.org/
Then see if only AVG says it's a Trojan, if so, then it's a false alarm.

That's because your Anti-virus intercepts any action with the file for security reasons.

Turn off anti-virus -> upload -> turn on anti-virus.
