well, as far as ps2 emulators there really havnt been any i have researched that would work well enough to use, so that will have to wait, i'll look into psp but it may be the same story.
i dont want to subject you guys to an emulator that only works on like 5% (if that) of all games.
as far as the roms, ps2 games are probally too big for the most part to download for now, we may look into psp later down the track though.

PSP is getting some develpoment as well. Last time I checked there was some Java based emulator for pc. Not 100% yet, just what I was reading while on qj.
