I use both Malwarebytes and AVG, and since multi-voting is disabled I'm not sure which one to vote for.

I will enable multi voting. You should switch out AVG for Avast. Look up some comparisons on YouTube.

Using Avira. It's fully reliable imo, and doesn't mess up programs or conflict with updates like other anti-viruses I've used in the past.

I only use Malewarebytes on my current laptop, but I think the trial is up, so i might need to renewn it or buy it someday. I've used Kaspersky a few times when a few computers in my house got viruses. It works pretty well, actually. I usually don't mess with anti-virus software, though... I just forget to get it.

I have no idea what it means, but I Use AVG. Although it scans will slow down your computer (Especially on Vista) it really helps and eliminates viruses so quickly it is unreal how well it works!

I use Avast antivirus and Malware bytes. Both are very useful, helpful, and not very difficult to use. I always inspect a flash drive on Windows with Malware bytes, though.

AVG.

It's pretty useful and effective, I never had a Virus on this computer before... So, you could guess that is really good.

mr.pace : You can only use 1 anti-virus at a time. Using more than 1 can lead to a slow computer, system crashes, stalls and in-stability. My old lappy crashed wile running McAfee and Norton.

Microsoft Security Essentials. "Those in the know", as bales put it, don't really need anti-virus protection, because we know how to avoid malware and other such blights on our computers. We just need a sort of final line of defense against threats that come in a more direct package. But hey, if you want to keep wasting money and CPU cycles on Norton and Avast, more power to ya. Those companies need support, too, I guess.

I use AVG just because it is free and reliable. I used to have avast but I didn't like how it wanted me to update it everyday. I only use the free anti virus software because I don't get paying 60 bucks every year to get it renewed.

I use Norton Internet Security, and I completely HATE it!
But I can't cancel it because my father expanded with subscription.
I mean, I never had a virus before on this computer, so it is a good  anti-virus but in randomly blocks sites I was before. And it says to a lot of games it's a virus which happens over again, I know how to fix it but it just annoying when I have to do it all the time.
Other then that it is ok.
I might be changing anti-virus soon enough so I wanted to ask. Is AVG good in?

I used Norton at first but it got so underrated that I had to switch over to AVG, which is a lot more effective than Norton and plus it has a lot of updates which is essential for the program.

I have tried quite a bit of the Anti-Virus software out there. Among them I found KasperSky, Trend Micro Security, and AVG to be among the best. Currently I'm running Trend because It is what I'm most familiar with but my second most choice would have to be KasperSky. If you're looking for a decent Anti-Virus look into those two, they won't disappoint.

The anti-virus protection I had used to be provided for free though Comcast's Internet service. They first used McAfee then switched over to Norton in 2010 I believe. McAfee did actually protect my first laptop, but Norton did much more and even picked up what McAfee missed. In last year my mom was advised by our choice computer repairman to switch to Microsoft Security Essentials because it uses much less RAM. I have not had any problems with MSE, so I am sticking with it right now.
