Anyone who still owns an NES like me might be interested to know that you can purchase a Flash Cart for you NES called PowerPak. It's spendy, at about $135, but for that price you basically can load every single NES rom onto it and play them on your NES console. There's a cheaper model but I really haven't looked into seeing what the difference is.

Anyway, the URL:

No idea but I would think it'd be like playing an ordinary NES game on your NES.

I'd heard there are a lot of slow downs with those nes carts... shame though because it gives back the nostalgia feel.

I actually saw a top-loader for $60 the other day, but I'm probably not going to buy it XD

D'ya think you'd be able to run homebrewed roms on it?

You'd definitely be able to run homebrew roms (atleast I'm pretty sure). Since homebrew are designed to run on NES emulators and NES emulators are suppose to function almost identical to a real NES, would make sense.

I would be more likely to use an emulator on my laptop, hook up the HDMI port. Grab my old school NES controller and then just use a NES - USB adapter. I believe they run you only about $20 and are worry free (pretty much) of break down =
