Treecko is the coolest out of all of them but Piplup is just straight up epic. Torchic is cool indeed, but at the end of the day I like all of them but my favorite would have to be either Piplup, Treecko, or Cyndaquil.

Venusaur is pure beast.
Otherwise totally Snivy. Snivy is the best out of the base forms of the starters.

I don't really like comparing pokemon unless they have similar purposes . But in my opinion swampert is by far the most useful when full evolved of all the starters. Infernape, torterra and others may have a good typing and a good stat spread but water/ground is just to good of a typing, after all if it weren't for nearly every pokemon being able to learn grass knot it might just be the best typing.

Well each generation has a dominate starter over the other two, but my favorite would have to be Turtwig just because its final evolution can take down almost any Pokémon and the other two starters with ease.
