catfight09 : I'd say yes, I think there's a better story plus the fact there are 2 regions plus the fact it has loads of pokemon i like that aren't really hard to get (not easy but easier)

Hey, This is the single most important question that is on my mind while playing this game.
How do I get REGULAR pokeballs? I've found that the shops sell Ultra Balls instead of regular ones. The balls are too expensive to stock up and start catching all of the pokemon. So is there anywhere in the game to buy regular pokeballs or plans to put them in?

I am having issues with the Seanport City gym. My main issue is that I have no idea how the heck to cross the water. I've tried to talk to every NPC I could find and I still have yet to find the HM Surf or anything like it. If anyone has something to help, it's be great. Thank you.

I've got a bit of a random question- I've played pokemon games for a long time and have a lot of the levels memorized.  Why the change with this one?  My two starters have evolved later than they would in other games, and i'm wondering if there's other pokemon that had this change.  I haven't played black & white though so is it just a change to those?
