Carpenter did the original Halloween though. I think we can all agree that 95% of all Horror Remakes suck. Except for a few.

Well, they do and they don't. A lot of the originals aren't very scary anymore.... at least not for anyone who has watched a few scary movies.

But the special effects are so bad in the old movies that it's hard to take em seriously...

I prefer the old school horrors, but it's also fun to see other people's interpretation of the story 25 years later... sticking the story into a more modern setting

Ah, "The Thing". That was a weird movie. I couldn't watch all of it because I didn't like horror movies back then. Still don't. It took place at an Antarctica research station. I remember a scene where after lopping off an infected guy's head it sprouts bloody spider-like legs and crawls off. Heh. What the hell was going on in that movie. It had all sorts of gruesomely weird stuff.

What's so bad about Horror? The only film that really spooked me was Halloween, and that's because it's probably the most the realistic of all the other horror films.

I laughed when I saw it. I thought I had saved to my computer, but I guess I didn't.

Is that true? If my friend finds out he won't stop talking about it for weeks. So I just hope he doesn't know their making another Indy Movie.

Also Xfighter what are those movies rated? I can only watch G and PG movies, while 3/4 of the people can also watch PG-13 movies.

Though, if they make a sequel, I really hope there's a cameo by Connery. Even if it is a flashback scene.
