Dynasty Warriors Vs is going to be released on the 3DS.  I am not sure when the game will be out, but hopefully someone will find out.  I am surprised about this.  It looks cool, just like Samurai Warriors Chronicles.  Here is the trailer for it, but it is in Japanese:
