The people on the left were talking, the point of that was to just show the fact that you can talk. If you watch it 2 or 3 times you'll be able to catch what they are saying but they aren't really saying anything important.

I know the ad goes by fast but it's meant to, it's meant to grab attention and to keep the viewers attention as long as possible. And if it's able to grab someones attention as an ad on a site, the viewer is more than likely going to either watch it again or click it and if they did watch it again, there's than a good chance they'll click it.

I think it looks really nice, the animation looks nice, the filters are not overdone, the hopes for the online mode sound great. In all this is a nice ad and I would probably at least check the game out if I saw this.
