Today we were scheduled to shut down GYR because the site was constantly going down which was greatly affecting traffic and ultimately ad revenue. The server for GYR costs me $350 a month and the ad revenue wasn't coming close to paying for it, so I was taking a huge loss. I spent many hours trying to figure out the problem and I was able to fix it which means the site will stop crashing constantly and the traffic should go back to normal.

Now that the traffic should be back to normal and now that Sean (jigsaw) has given me one of his ad spots, I should be able to make enough now to break even and afford the GYR server.

This has been my first day looking into GYR and it's been interesting reading about it possibly going down and now it will be up. I hope that if this site is benefiting people that it will continue to stay up!
