I've used both. Personally, I don't mind either. I'm not too big a fan of the new operating system for Windows though. They're both pretty easy. I've had good and bad experiences with both (most of the bad was from older systems). However, I don't understand why people assume that Macs are better for graphic design and all that. I used Adobe programs for everything and they are compatible for both systems.

I've never used Mac.....so I can't say whether or not it's good.

I picked Mac. If you know how to use a Mac, it's a better quality computer than a microsoft computer; microsoft may be more user friendly, but you can simply do more with a Mac. Plus, Macs get hit with less viruses because the people who make the viruses try to affect as many people as possible, so they target the most common product.
