When the power use to cut off in New York , I would go outside
with my family with flash lights cause there would be nothing to
do inside the house . That's what most people did anyway. We
would buy candles from the corner store .There was always that
one store open to only sell candles whenever the power went off
back than . Those were the good times . I loved it but when I look
back , it was also a dangerous time ... Hey , I didn't know .
I was young .

When there is a damn power cut off, I use my cellphone to hear some music or play a game, when I don't have my cellphone avaible (the battery charge run out), I do what I have to do (eat, take a bath with hot water) then I go sleep.

When there is a power cutoff I usually rely on my phone for entertainment.. I havent had a power cutoff In forever so I would be pretty unprepared if one happened lol.

I have never been in a power out during the night. However I have been in a power out during the day. It's not that bad I usually get out of the house and get some fresh air for a couple of hours and then once the powers back I go back inside.

When the power goes off I play any of my handhelds that have backlit screens (Phone,DS,GBA,3DS,DSI,ect.)  and I use my Gameboy Advance SP for lighting.It depends however.If it's a thunder storm I'll wait till it goes away since it might disturb when I'm doing something.

Typically, I look around to see if all the power is out, because it's possible only one portion of the house lost power. Then, if all is lost, I get out some candles, set them everywhere, and me and my family either play a board game, or we talk. It's pretty fun. Haha.
