I do admit to having been thoroughly enjoying a certain American Idol season sometime last year or even the year before, but after that I have lost all track of it and really feel that it would be boring to watch. I have never watched X factor, but I think I remember someone telling me that it was just a British Version of American idol. I think what really bored me about A I was the all the judge crap drama that was over thought. I think that the show should have just had the judges opinions and then quickly moved on to what the audience really thought. Maybe they did do that and I just don't know. Either way, this is my opinion on the matter.

I don't really like any of those "reality" Contest type shows. I watched American Idol the 1st two seasons and got sick of it pretty damn fast.

I dislike anything that has had Simon on it, I hate that guy he was big D*ck and always made me wanna change the channel.. And I only like watching the tryouts so I can laugh at how people suck at singing.

Well I do love these types of shows but not enough to the point of my roommate going crazy.. even though I don't have a roommate. I usually find myself with ear plugs in on youtube watching goofy or fail attempts to get a spot.. some stuff is truly hilarious.

Ultimately who ever wins the show will come out with one or two hits and then "falls of the face of the earth" (basically never really makes another good song or soundtrack) thus only proving they had no real talent, just the popular vote, which ties back to there's no purpose to watching the show.

I stopped watching the show after a few years, and when simon moved to x factor all of the judges of american idol changed and I never watched it after that point. I just really think they should shorten the process to see who is the winner and restrict all of the idiots that come on the show just to act stupid, this is why I no longer like the show or never have.

lol. sorry jus laughing at the posts in agreement of not liking these show.
