What appears to be the majority of the picture-posts on the Pokemon ABC thread... while I can identify some of the works as being publicly available and under a very loose license that allows for such things as reposting freely by third parties, there are also some (one of mine include) that are not of this variety and are under a more guarded copyright that might actually condone a lawsuit towards one or more of the users in violation of the image's posting privileges. (I'd feel sort of like a bully if I were to pin any names exactly from the thread D: )

To be on the safe side, most sites I've come to notice have a broad-spectrum ToS directed toward ensuring members are prepared to take legal responsibility for any misuse of pictures.


Forgive my late reply, and I'm sorry to say I may be late again... getting ready for school at the moment.

3animefancat3 : Keep in mind that this is just a fun site for kids, most of the users posting those pictures are kids, some as young as 9 years old.  I will take action though and will remove those copyright violations upon request.  Thanks for letting me know.

Indeed I have noticed a very wide age-range on this site (which I find very appealing---kids should be able to play games on more sites!) However, as unfortunate as this predicament is, the fact remains that once pictures are illegally copied to a site such as Vizzed, they become a top search-result on Google, making it very easy for just about anyone to reclaim the stolen image and usher in a very disturbing chain reaction of theft to all corners of the internet...

Thank you for being understanding on the subject and answering my question. I dearly appreciate being able to rely on you to help stop my images from becoming widely stolen before that path has a chance to begin.

In the 'Active' tab, does the post count reset itself at the beginning of the new day according to server time, or does it continue to keep track of the literal last 24hours? Since my postings times have literally been around 24hours apart the past few days, I haven't been able to determine it for myself.
