Sairek looked up towards the two in front of him. Closer inspection at his features would show that he was breathing heavily. The child quickly glanced at those two, before glancing around him quickly, as if trying to find someone, or something. There was a tinge of fear in his emerald eyes, as he gripped the staff he held tightly. Whatever happened to him, seemed to have him shaking badly. Close inspection would also show that he was bleeding some on the back of his left shoulder, although the cape did well to hid it from any civilians, despite how many strange looks he was receiving.



Sairek: Home isn't safe for me... been chased for four days now... Agh!!


He grimaced in pain and squeezed his emerald eyes shut. His shoulder twitched, his left arm falling limp for a moment as he sucked in air to try and endure it as the muscle tensed which was what caused his sudden discomfort. The shoulder wound was fairly recent it would seem. Sairek was using the staff right now to help support him on his own two feet. The child must have been through a lot with how he looked both physically, and mentally it would seem.

Unknown girl: Home... isn't safe? Hey... hey! You're bleeding... hang in there. Zel let's bring him back with us.

Unkown Guy: What if he's a mage, haven't you thought of that?

Unknown girl: He IS bleeding, can we just think about it later?

Zel: That's what will kill you sooner or later. 

Zel pick out a foldable phone from his pocket and dialed some numbers.

*cring cring*

Zel: Yo, open the gate, we got a wounded kid with us.

girl on phone: A wounded kid?

Zel: Yes, we found him near the station.

girl on phone: Alright, the gate will open after 5 seconds, just wait there.

As Zel was speaking with the person on phone, he saw a smoke bomb exploded.
A magic circle suddenly appeared under them.

Unknown girl: Thanks Zel.

Zel: .....

Zel: I'll just check out... something.

Zel left the girl and the kid, and went towards the residence area.

Zel: Must be there.

The dogs chasing after the little girl and Jin suddenly got swallowed by fire. A boy appeared standing in front of them while the dogs were burning, with one of his hands clenched. That was Zel.

Zel: Yo, called for help?

The magic circle was the gate they were talking about. A teleport circle. The unknown girl and the kid were teleported  to a building with a wide reception area. And there was a GIRL who walked towards them.

The girl: Is he the wounded boy Zel was talking about, Cris?

Cris: Yeah, a pure blood. Not sure if he's a mage or a magician though.

"Fire?"

Jin was a former mercenary, he'd gotten out of tigther jams than this one.

Jin kept searching his pockets, and threw a pellet at the ground.

*a thick smoke covers the field*

Jin tries to find the girl, hoping she'll be fine.

Jin is truly outmatched, he wasn't prepared to fight a war this time around. It would be easy to stop fighting them and let them have her, but he had a feeling that wouldn't be the right thing to do.

"Why are you doing this? Can't you see you are clearly violating her right to freedom? Look at her! She's clearly not interested in your fight." he yelled at the new man in front of him

Zel: Smoke? I can close my eyes and can still tell where you are. And about the war, I won't let them kill us all, so if you don't want to get killed by the other mages around, better come with me. Judging from your equipment, you must be a hunter, you'll be able to provide us the help we need. Now I'm not forcing you to answer right away, we're pretty much safe now. I don't sense any other suspicious life forms around. You too kid, I need you to answer. Get killed or join us, in short. It's not a question of whether we're interested or not.

Sairek just looked up at the two panting, even though the male brought up the possibility of him being a mage. When Zel got off of the phone, he let out a small sigh, as the circle enveloped around the both of them. When he opened his eyes, he saw the girl standing in front of him.



Sairek: I... I can't remember what I am... Someone or something hit me on the head... I can't remember anything specific... The most recent thing I remember is waking up in a valley near water... And then some people came after me with the intentions of killing me... I don't know why... I've been running for days since...

Vincent Swiftstrike : (ooc: nevermind, lol, I've read the post wrong) 

(OoC: Bloody 'el. I wake up in the morning, and there's a new thread and two pages of role-play. I didn't even sleep in all that much either.)

Jacques looked up at the Mage who just spoke to him. The man looked like he could rip someone's head off with ease. His muscles were 'flippin' huge'. Jacques figured it must be steriods... Or some sort of magical enchantment. Jacques tried to null his anger for the man who had his parents killed as he said, "No, the question is... Can you escape me?" Jacques said as he paced. He pulled out his butterfly knife as he continued, "This knife has been enchanted by a... Friend of mine. If you are unlucky- No, If I am angry with you, and you get this blade in your flesh-" he paused and opened the knife, "You'll be out cold for just enough time to let me make sure you won't wake up." Jacques smirked lightly.

Jin had been hiding an injury from the girl and Edward, and he figured it'd be best not to fight.

He also thought this would give him the chance to stay close to her and protect her from harms way.

"I want to stay close to the girl you are chasing. She's not the war-like type, I know it." he tried to reason.

Jin could tell his mercenary group had long since disbanded, as not one had yet come to his aid.

"What happened to the "Revolution Front"?"

Juliet :   ((Wait, what did I miss? ))

Cris: How about your name? Or maybe you remember some spells?

The other girl: Those people who tried to kill you, can you remember their faces? Ah- before you answer our questions, let me bring you to the clinic first, you should get some rest. Zel should be back soon.

In the clinic after a few minutes........

Cris: Hikaru, by the way I'll go to Dogen-Zaka for a bit. Can you open the gate?

Hikaru: Huh? Why Dogen-Zaka? 

Cris: Something's not right there...

Hikaru: Well, as you wish. Though I don't know what you're thinking about. Don't forget to contact us alright? If you're in danger. Right away.

Cris: Roger that. *chuckles*

Hikaru sprinkled some dust and right afterwards, the teleport circle appeared again.

Hikaru: Man what a pain being assigned to cast this spell....

Hikaru went to the little boy's location.

Hikaru: Feeling better?

Unknown mage: Hahahah! Well let me see you try.

A girl's voice: There is one weakness your spell has. See? If someone touched it from the outside....

The spell suddenly got broken. Jacques is now able to move.

A girl's voice: It gets nullified.

A girl's voice: Mr. mage unfortunately I don't have time to play with you, so I gotta go soon. Now it's up to this man if he'll go with me or not.

Zel: Revolution Font. I've last heard of them trying to hunt down those who are responsible for burning the station. Are you their pals?

Vincent Swiftstrike : (ooc: None, lol don't worry about my previous summon)

"I used to be a member of the Revolution Front. I quit because of... issues." Jin explained.

"You never really addressed the girl. What are you going to do with her? I just want to protect her from the harshness of war." he pleaded. "Surely you can see she isn't that type."

Jacques contemplated if he wanted to attack the burly man or escape. There was a window not fifteen feet from him. The glass looked rather sturdy, though. "Who's you're friend?" Jacques said to the huge figure, "Are you two dating?" He was trying to anger his 'master'.

Juliet : ((If you say so. :> ))


Sairek gripped his staff tighter, with two hands as he was being flooded with questions that he barely knew the answer to. It frustrated him on the inside because all of the things he should have known, he didn't seem to be able to remember the most of it.

In the clinic, Sairek couldn't help but feel a fierce grip of fear clawing at him. It felt very strange staying in one place for more then a few minutes and not be moving somewhere to get away. He looked a little startled with Hikaru came back in to the room with him, but he relaxed a little when he saw it was just her. Whatever he had been through seems to have traumatized him somewhat. But when you lost all or most of your memory, how would it not? The child had absolutely nothing to help comfort him. The thought of all of it made a lump in his throat. He bit his bottom lip hard; struggling as much as he could to not cry.



Sairek: ...S-Sairek... my name... is Sairek...



That was all he could manage to speak before a quiet sob broke out, and tears began streaming down his cheeks from his eyes. Sairek knew, somehow, that he wasn't one to cry very much... But this was too much for him. He didn't know where he was; hardly who he was. He could only scarcely remember his parents, and if he was being chased like this, he feared the worst has happened to them. He was completely, utterly alone.

(ooc: Yes I forgot to mention, Cris got teleported exactly in the hotel room, and Cris is the "a girl's voice")

Cris: We're not dating. Not my type. I prefer skinny type mind you. And before we discuss my preferences for  boys any further, are you coming with me or not?

Unknown mage: No you're not escaping!

The mage cast some lightning spears.

Cris cast a shield spell

Cris: This shield won't last for long.

Zel: Issues huh? Ah well it's your private life. I won't stick my nose into it. As for the girl. The mages are "collecting" magicians and we still don't know their reason unfortunately. All we know about is it's related to what happened lately... So we're also collecting the magicians and keeping them away from harm. At the same time, investigating. We'll need help and a lot of it. They are mages, and they can do a lot of harm not only to us magicians but also to human society.

Jacques hesitated, but then said, "Fine. Let's go. I'll kill him later."

(I can't think of any more to add...)

"I don't really trust you, nor should you expect me to. But I'm not dead yet, so I can pretty much assume there's a reason for that." he wisely remarked, "If she'll be safe, I'll come with you. I should let you know right now, I don't like violence. If I can avoid having blood shed pointlessly. I will. Do I make that clear?"

Jin unreadied himself. He wasn't going to fight a battle that could only go wrong. His best interests were to stay alive and to keep the girl safe. He could do that without needing to fight needlessly.

Aya watched the two relax in tension and she relaxed slightly herself. Tears still covered her eyes, but at least she could start assessing the situation she was in. She watched the two exchange words, but she could make no sense of it.

Who was friend and who was foe? All she wanted to do was give her dog a peaceful walk, and not get caught up in a fight. She embraced Momiji tighter, who was still panting in her arms.

Hikaru: Umm... hey, your name is Sairek right? Geez.... I'm not good with these stuff.

She sit beside Sairek and hugged him tightly.

Hikaru: You'll be safe here, dont worry...

Cris Grabbed The human's hand, broke the window glass and jumped out from there.

Cris: W-Why are you in a high floor?!  Dammit!! Wait I think I still have enough dust.

Cris sprinkled the same dust Hikaru sprinkled before and the gate opened right below them. They were teleported to the same building a while ago.

Cris: Phew! Hahah that's fun, kind of. I'm Cris by the way, half magician. You? And who's that mage guy?

Zel: I can't promise you that there won't be any violence involved, but at least I can promise you the child's safety. And to be fair I'll also tell you some information about myself. I'm Zel, born here in Japan but my father and mother are from London. I'm 50 years old.

Zel noticed the girl still frightened.

Zel: You'll be safe. And your dog.

Jin thought it over, "As long as you promise her safety, I'll do what it takes to keep her safe. I've seen enough lives ruined. Hers should be lived."
