Probably a strong, dark or poison type that has aggressive tendencies. I'd be okay if, say, a gloom was there, but not an Arbok or something.

Sableye and Haunter. They both look really creepy. They both have razor sharp teeth and are dark purple. I'm not sure they'd think twice before killing a human for sport.

I would say Dusknoir or Absol. Dusknoir because it takes you to another world, so you're in trouble If you meet one ! And Absol because its the bringer of bad news and disasters, so meeting one in a dark alley obviously means that something bad's gonna happen. Those are two of the scariest pokemon I can think of !!

I probably wouldn't want to meet a very dark creepy and posioning type of pokemon in a dark alley. Usually dark things creep me out anyways and if a dark looking pokemon came out of nowhere I would freak!

Well, now that there are so many new pokemon out there, I wouldn't want to meet  a honedge or any of its forms because its pokedex entry says if anyone touches its hilt, it wraps around them and drains there life spirit energy completely which does not sound good to me. 

Also, gourgeist, trevenant and dusknoir are also some pokemon I would not want to meet in a dark alley at any given time. A lot of the new pokedex entries are pretty creepy, especially for ghost and dark types....

The Pokemon I would not want to meet in a dark alley during the night would definitely have to be Litwick. At dark times (literally dark, not metaphorically speaking, as I do that quite a lot ), they pretend to guide people with its purple fire. As you follow it, however, it slowly drains your energy, killing you eventually. Your life energy is what fuels the purple fire in the first place... It is pretty creepy, in my opinion.
