Well, it ain't all that bad. I mean, I'm not even out of school yet. And I have to pass all my classes or else the government is threatening to take me away from my house. (Can they do that? I don't think they can to be honest). Thankfully for me, I have this bad habit of doing miserably throughout the whole year, yet am able to ace the final exams.

Although, here, you can drop out when you're 14 and up, and the government can't do squat about it. 
I was taken away because of family issues and abuse, so... I'm not sure if they can take you away if you fail school -.-

I do need some schooling for my knowledge of my career line I want to be on, but 70% of what they teach me doesn't do squat for my future job. I wish they could just give us a selection, for example;

"Do you want to be a doctor? Join this school!"

"Do you want to be a welder? Join this school!" 

Etc. The school years would be cut short, and if people wanted a switch, they could just go back to school for like.. 2 more years, that's all.
