Before my new job, I was swearing about one time, at least, by sentence. But since my new job require to be quite polite and respectfull, know I'm swearing less than before, like, one time in many sentence and only with my friends, in my house, and with my girlfriend. I'm quite proud of me

Sometimes I do, but rarely. I would have to be furious to swear and even then it's never with my parents around XD I'd get my mouth slapped haha XD one of my friends does, but an other, like me, tries to avoid swearing.

  Tons. I hardly swear on the internet. Alas, in real life I "swear" way too much. I really think I should start holding back.To be honest, I think I cuss way too much.." I use it too much. It's just become part of my everyday life. All my friends do it, so there really isn't a way of escaping it. So, I'll just deal with it.

Shure I swear it's no use holding your anger back . If your angry there is nothing wrong with swearing, it helps me ease up and calm down more quickly ^^ . 

Do I swear? Pshu, I have one of the dirtiest mouths in town and probably vizzed, but eh..... I try to keep control since I cuss out of being a jerk or in a 'roid rage but yeah, I swear like crazy

      You know, I used to swear when I was younger.  At one point in my life I decided that swearing was not really a good way to express myself.  In fact, I like to use language in a more productive manner.  Swearing is basically a way of saying you don't know what to say. 

      I mean, for instance:  what says what has happened better, a swear word or five, or saying "Ouch, that really hurt!"  One can be said in any place, the other is a bit harsh to say in front of young folks. 

      So, to answer your question, I used to swear and no longer do so.

I swear when my friend do something stupid or something hurt badly in an instance.

I would never swear because after I swear, it dosen't make me feel right. My stomach would feel sick so I won't swear.

I'm always swearing, though usually under my breath. In conversation, it depend on who I'm talking to. If I'm at work then every other word will be bad, though if a customer is around then I talk as polite as possible (unless they turn out to be "uncouth" too )

Socially, I generally swear to make a light conversation sound credible, but again it depends upon who else is around. On the Web, I try to talk properly, as there will always be someone reading who may take offence. The exception is if I'm either drunk or annoyed about something someone has said or done, though these occasions are pretty rare (thankfully!) 

Does me good to swear though - let out whatever feeling or emotion rather than bottling it up. Sometimes you have to hold your tongue though.

Well for me, i'll try to manage my self from loosin my temper & cuss back, like you know, all of ya been told that, you should not cuss in this forum, I'm aint tryin to say that, this forum is holly & sacret, you can say or swear as much as you like, what I'm tryin to say that, ya might end up in flamin your posts, spam, or even get banned &, thats aint good, we do not wish that to anybody, i wish good from god to all of ya, will are all friends in this forum.  

It takes quite a bit to make me swear. When a friend slammed the door on my pinkie, I am fairly certain that I swore. But day to day, swearing is unnecessary. It makes one wonder how the world even came to be this way, with many people thinking of swear words as everyday, use them for all parts of speech words. I have several friends who can't go two sentences without dropping the f-bomb. I don't know, it has just become a sort of pet peeve of mine I guess. Swear words were never intended to be used all the time- they were intended to be insulting and were originally used by the lower class of society. Now they have lost some of their meaning and people are becoming tolerant of them. That should never happen. 

I'll admit, I swear regularly in my day to day speech, be it because I'm angry or I'm jokeful. Even though I swear most when I'm angry I try not to drop the f-bomb too much as really even when I'm angry I don't see the point. Still, there is one point in time where I don't swear, and that is when I'm serious about something.

See, the thing about swearing is that if you do it in a tense/serious situation you've instantly pulled up the level of aggression in the situation simply by using a word, and it's really not worth it. Actually it's completely counter productive as the person you're talking to will just oppose what you say even more because they feel that you come across in an offensive manner.

There is a time and place for everything, and while you don't have to swear to be funny, a lot of people like using it for comedic effect, just like some people feel like a joke is ruined if the person who makes it feels the need to swear. You also don't need to swear just because you're angry, but some people just find it easier to calm down if they get to swear a bit, others wouldn't dream of swearing even when angry.

But in the end, that's what makes us human, we don't think the same about everything.

The only place I really don't think anyone should swear, EVER, is around children.

I cuss at random times where a person would least expect me too. But I try not too though. I would sometimes sensor myself when talking on the Internet and some people find it funny the way I do it in a good or bad way .Eh, I can't help it. That's just the way I am

I don't swear too much. I only swear at some points when I get hurt OR someone just angers me. Only at those times I would swear. Not many of my friends swear too much. They all sort of cut back. One classmate in my class says a bad word in almost all of his sentences when he's talking to his friends.

To be honest, I do swear very often. It's hard not to swear, even my friends and parents swear. Somehow it's a habit  that's almost impossible to break.
