I was a hug fan of Phantasy Star Online for the Dreamcast. I also had a copy for the PC which I played online with a few vizzed board members. I also put well over 20+ hours into the Game Cube version since it was 4 players offline, I gathered up 3 of my friends (which included board members Cid and Mike) and we had a great time playing it.

So I do plan to try out PSU someday. How much are the fee's?

Ew, CO is horrible. There are barely any quests, leveling is a pain, and the only way to rally level without having to spend 15 hours to get to 5 is by Power Leveling. Fun.

it took me eighteen seconds to reach level 4. They erased and re-made the EXP curve, and they added a ton of quests. How long ago did you quit? Maple takes at LEAST 700 hours to reach level 130. Conquer takes probably 50

Quests let you level up fast. And by the way, MMORPGs are SUPPOSED to take long to level up... Hence the word MASSIVE in the acronym. It wouldn't be fair to make an MMORPG level you up fast, right? Besides, theres a ton of different weapons out there in the game, and now DRAGON BALLS can drop (about a .02% chance) and I GOT ONE! It leveled me up 12 times with one Dragon Ball. Now I'm level 82.

In most MMO's, it doesn't take 5 freaking hours to get to level 6, as it did with CO back then. Dude, everyone was BEGGING for Powerleveling JUST so they can escape the exp grind. Also, were kind getting off topic here, aren't we? Yeah, anyways, anyone know why PSOBB is closing down?
