I just had some awesome baked chicken and homemade fettuccine Alfredo. They were both excellent. The baked chicken was just amazing. The top skin was very well seasoned and delicious without being tough and the flavor carried into the insides of the chicken which was also very tender and juicy. When I peeled the skin back there were still liquids trapped inside, I mean that in a good way not a greasy way. So the insides were just as good as the outsides. Oh, it was so good.
