Aren't the profile comments suppose to be private? It's logical that the comments are not for the public to read. Maybe it's the private info that the hackers are after.

the profile comments have nothing to do with private vs public or the hackers...

it's about having 0 control over them as staff....

however, I think it might be time to turn them back on (after a clean wipe of them) and see how they go for a while.

I 2nd that notion to re instate them, maybe making them only viewable by registered users is a good idea, or whatever was meant by that. I wouldn't mind them being back, but I certainly have gotten used to them not being around.
