I know remember when Pokemon first came out. It was a great hit, but after like 2-3 generations, the game wasn't as popular as before. Some Pokemon were fresh and new, but others were a different versions of previous Pokemon or just plain ridiculous. Now, I know I got older and some of my friends stopped playing Pokemon, but even still I don't see smaller children playing it anymore. It's kind of sad to think that people will loose interest in Pokemon.

So onto the topic, do you think they will make a next generation after V?
Is it worth it or should game freak just stop so that they don't make the game repetitive and make up some weird new Pokemon. Really I just want to know what the people out there think about Pokemon the game now.

i think without a doubt Pokemon will continue for Generations to come
its meant to be a big world, replicating our world, so that means all kinds of different of monsters
i'm in love with Generation V and i can't wait to see what Game Freak is capable of doing next

Im almost POSITIVE they will keep Pokemon running for a long time. The 5th generation games sold really well and even if there wont be a 6th generstion theres still likely a Pokemon Gray coming out in a year or so.
