Annette : I'm not saying that just because they are new, they cause problems. Alot of new people on here tend to cause problems, that I know of.

I think it would be a good idea, plus it would give newbies a place to get to know other people who joined around the same time that they did. It might also give them a place to learn to post properly before spammin up meh' forums.

Well, being sort of a newbie myself, I can say that it would be nice to have a section like this. After all, when coming to any new forum, you have no clue where you are, what all the gimmicks are, who the people are, etc. The people who have been here for a while get too used to the forum and they forget what their first reaction was when they first came. So all in all, I think a newbie forum Q&A subsection would be a very good idea.

Reading over that, and being a newbie at the time of this post, that would sound really great. The only people who really respond to the introducing yourself are mostly moderators and admins, so we really can't get to know others right off unless we take careful steps in reading every detail of every thread and forum posted to try and get involved. Even then it is not a sure fire way to be accepted by just jumping into things. I'm sure I speak for more than myself when I say this too... I would like to meet some nice friends too.
